Tuesday July 20th, 2010 - Prayer of the Week on 1 Cor. 11:27-28

Let us pray to the Lord. Lord have Mercy

We are unworthy O Lord to receive Your precious Body and Blood. We have not examined ourselves to the extent that we fully understand what we are receiving. We pray we will not bring upon ourselves sickness or death but rather Your overflowing love and eternal life. We pray in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.

Tuesday July 13th, 2010 - Prayer of the Week on Matt.9:27-35

Let us pray to the Lord. Lord have Mercy

O Lord You are equal to Your Father, yet You humbled Yourself and became one of us so we could become like You by adoption. As You healed the blind men, so heal our spiritual eyes so we can see Your presence in Your Children. We pray in the name of the Father Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.

Wednesday July 7th, 2010 - Prayer of the Week on Matthew 9: 1-8

Let us pray to the Lord. Lord have Mercy

O Lord You revealed Your divinity when You announced You are the Son of Man who has authority to forgive sins. You exercised Your authority when You cured the Paralytic. The people who witnessed the healing could not recognize your divinity when they called you a prophet. Grant to us the knowledge and courage to proclaim You as truly the Son of Man and savior of our souls. We pray in the name of the Father Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.
