Monday May 12th, 2008 - Prayer of the Week on on Mark 16:9-20 - Sunday of the Myrrh-bearing women.

Let us pray to the Lord. Lord have mercy.

O God our heavenly Father, You so loved the world as to give Your only Son so that those who believe in Him will have eternal life. O Lord, just as Your tomb was empty when the Myrrh-bearers came to anoint Your body we pray that our grave and the graves of our loved ones will be empty on that day when You come in Your glory. We pray in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit Amen.
