Handmaiden Report January 2011

Greg Betsanes replaced some of the bell ropes this past year because they were very frayed from the friction of the pulleys and pipes. The remainder will most likely have to be replaced this year. We have a new schedule for the Communion and bread teams posted for 2011. In previous years the girls checked on Sunday when they arrived to see if they were on the schedule. They all received a schedule for this year so they know in advance when they are on and can try to be there for their turn. We have also added a few new girls and had a meeting on January 16th to go over their duties and how to execute them properly. The robes have finally found a more permanent resting place behind the altar so the girls will go back there to put them on and remove them.
