Frederica Mathews-Green presented for the St. Luke Women’s Pre-Lenten retreat on January 23, 2010 on the topic "How to be a Better Orthodox Christian in Today's World." Previous to the presentation she invited participants to offer ideas on topics they would like covered, and then she formatted the presentation to include breakout groups to discuss these topics. Approximately 35 women attended the 2 hour gathering which ended with Saturday evening Vespers.

This year’s retreat will be held on Saturday, March 26th. Chris Yadron will present a workshop on the subject of Christianity, Enabling and Co-Dependencies – Where Are the Boundaries?
