Guidelines

Birth of a child/adoption of a child to a Parishioner
- A card will be sent

Newly Chrismated or Baptized
- A card will be sent

Illness of parishioner (absent from church one Sunday)
- A card will be sent

Hospitalization of a parishioner
- A card will be sent indicating that prosphoro for one Sunday will be sponsored for their health.

Surgery of a parishioner
- A card and plant will be sent to the hospital or home, not to exceed in total of $25.00

Death of a parishioner
- A brick will be donated by St. Luke in memory of the departed member.

Death of a family member of a parishioner
- A card will be sent indicating that prosphoro for one Sunday will be sponsored in memory of the departed.
