Sunshine Ministry Annual Report January 2017

Prepared by Luba Johnson

For the year 2016 the Sunshine Ministry remembered parishioners that
• welcomed a new born to their family,
• were suffering with health issues and/or were hospitalized,
• fell asleep in the Lord, and
• were confined to a Nursing Home or health issues did not allow them to attend church.

St. Luke’s Sunshine Ministry makes every effort to remember parishioners that are suffering with severe health issues and are hospitalized. If you are aware of any parishioners that are ill or in the hospital please let me know, so that I can send flowers.

This year we welcomed four new baby boys to St. Luke Family. Congratulations to the following families - Jaratkiewicz (Zachary), Kopulos-Kostopanagiotou (Anthony), Oliveri (Benjamin) and Probst (Daniel).

Those remembered for surgery and hospitalization – Diane Wilczak, Julie Wojcik, Graham Bischoff and Fr. Andrew Harrison.

Those remembered in Nursing Homes or shut-ins – Andy Chakonas (during Pascha), Angie Durkin, Vivian Tadin and Eugenia Wassilkowsky.

Memorial Bricks will be placed in the Memorial Garden in memory of Philip Stamatakos and Andrew Chakonas.
