For the year 2010 a total of 15 orders were placed with Bud’s Flowers. 7 plants and 4 fruit baskets were sent out to those in the hospital, or recovering from illnesses at home; and 4 floral arrangements were sent for new births. A child’s gift was purchased for Isabela Aquilar while she was recuperating from her illness. Three monthly bulletins were sponsored – two for the health and well being of parishioners and in memory of departed parishioners; and one bulletin in honor of Fr. Danial’s Ordination. Approximately 10 notices were sponsored for Altar Bread and/or Vigil Candle for prayers of healing, Chrismation, Baptism and/or in memory. This year five Memorial Bricks have been donated – Helen Gress, Evelyn Mihalkanin, Paul Siron (Paulette Valezquez’s father), Margaret Sloan (Fr. Howard Sloan’s mother), Irene (Lydia Christensen’s mother).

It was requested that a memorial brick not be made for Peter Zekios, since he has a brick in the garden as a Founder of St. Luke.
