Strategic Planning

Director of Strategic Planning Ken Stevens

Name: Ken Stevens
Job: Head of Strategic Planning
Email: kstevens@stlukeorthodox.com

Effective parish growth can be best realized through continual planning. As the dynamics of the St. Luke parish change, both physically and demographically, so must its plan for future growth. Managing the strategic plan means periodic, parish-wide involvement in defining its vision and mission, core values, core competencies and unmet needs, as well as defining its goals and strategies, both present and future. This critical evaluation of parish structure and growth can only be accomplished with attention to the Lord's vision and purpose for our lives.

Job Description

Responsible for development and monitoring of the strategic plan of the Church.
