Sanctity Of Life Report January 2013

January – Sanctity of Life Sunday – ultrasound nurse from PASS spoke.

Spring – collected baby bottles filled with change for PASS, a Lenten project Hike for Life – publicized in church so that members could attend.

October – Life Chain on LaGrange Road PASS Banquet.

December – Giving Tree – collected diapers and clothes, donated to PASS.

This year there was also some preliminary research in presenting a benefit concert to support OC Life. This has proved to be a difficult project to get off the ground. Tabled for now.

Plans for 2013

January – Sanctity of Life Sunday – tentative speaker from Journeys, a new pro-life support organization in Frankfort.

February – Michaelyn Sloan will speak on the topic of the sanctity of life and adoption.

Continued support of PASS events and expansion to support other local efforts to educate and support the sanctity of human life from conception to natural death.
