Maintenance Ministry Report Annual Meeting January 2010

I was busy at work this past year and combined with my projects at home kept me from getting to the things around Church I wanted to do. We did get one of the classrooms decorated thanks to Lana. Repainting the rest of them this year is on the agenda. The air conditioner was replaced for the Church. Reworking the duct work in the old basement has been discussed. The stairwells were painted and carpeted this past year. The hallways, washrooms and narthex need painting, this also is on the agenda for this year. Changing lights and filters as always will continue. Thanks, Nick.
