Maintenance Ministry Report Annual Meeting January 2007

Nick handles our needs for repairs and replacements, the lawn and shrubs, the snow plowing, etc. Once again we kept him busy this year. If he's not changing light bulbs or unplugging a toilet, he's helping with painting or drywall on one project or another. Nick spent a lot of time along with Gregg and his son working on the remodel of the old basement area. In large part thru their efforts we now have a nice area to walk thru and use. This year we did have some unforeseen repairs and expenses among which were a new set of water fountains, repair of the heating system, repair of the septic system, and a new keypad and sensors for the security system.
