Coffee Hour Ministry Report Annual Meeting January 2004

Coffee hostess duties were on a rotating schedule; dates were assigned and given to Aristea for posting on the monthly calendar. The bakery donuts continue to be ordered on a weekly basis, except for Lenten periods. Many have expresses the difficulty for only one person to handle coffee hour, therefore, in 2004 two hostesses will be assigned weekly. A six-month schedule will be given out and will be posted in the church hall on the bulletin board.
