Initiates and organizes social events, which bring parishioners into a more loving relationship. Sets up and maintains a yearly calendar of events. Organizes holiday, Lenten and new member dinners, parish picnic, anniversary activities and Episcopal visits. Submits a monthly report to the Leader.

Job Description

Assigns a Coffee Hour hostess for every Sunday of the year. Assigns a Church School hostess during the months of September through June. Informs the hostesses of the needed items for Coffee Hour. Informs the Leader and the person completing the Church's Monthly Calendar of the hostesses assigned. Coordinates with the bakery to ensure delivery of bakery goods to the church. During the Lenten periods will cancel the delivery of bakery goods and will inform the hostess of the special needs during Lent. Submits a monthly schedule of hostesses to the leader.
