Job Description
The Environmental Ministry is responsible for monitoring St. Luke's use
of resources and making sure that we fuction in harmony with nature in all times.
Additionally the environmental ministry organizes and operates a recycling program,
monitors and maintains the water purification system by purchasing and monitoring the salt
and hydrogen peroxide, and gives lessons on environmental issues.

Current Events & Information
The aluminum can recycling program provides the revenue for purchasing
salt and hydrogen peproxide for the water purification system so please keep bringing in
your cans for recycling. This year I also hope to develop a program in conjuction with our
students to clean up litter on church property and improve the paper recycling program.
