Greg was been keeping track of developments in the cell phone industry and keeps us informed of any developments. He has received offers to purchase our antennae contracts which were not in our best interest as they were too low. This is a good sign for us as it shows that there is still interest and need for the towers. Also this is further demonstrated by the fact that the phone companies have continued to upgrade their equipment.
