This Sunday at St. Luke Parish was Santity of Life Sunday. A representative from Pregnancy Aid South Suburbs (PASS) shared their vision and ministries in celebration of Sanctity of Life Sunday. St. Luke parish has supported PASS for over 11 years.

Today's childrens' sermon was on Eph 6:10 "Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power" Fr. Andrew showed a picture of a strong man and explained how by lifting weights every day he became strong.

Father Andrew asked the children what they would have to do to become strong in the Lord and why was it necessary. They said we have to pray, come to church, do good works, and read the Bible. We need to be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power to fight off the attack of the evil one.
